We want you love your purchase, but if you are not completely happy with your item, we are more than happy to offer an exchange or refund.
Should you wish to return / exchange your item to us, please ensure that you:
*Please note we cannot offer refunds for earrings due to hygiene or for custom pieces, unless there is a fault.
You will be notified via email once your return / exchange has been received & processed. All successfully returned items will be exchanged or refunded via the original payment method.
If you happen to receive a faulty item, please email sales@lanewaytreasures.co.uk with photos of the item along with your order number or valid proof of purchase so we can advise you further.
Please do not attempt to repair an item, as we may not be able to help further.
If we are unable to repair an item and issue a refund, postage will also be reimbursed.
