We want you love your purchase, but if you are not completely happy with your item, we are more than happy to offer an exchange or refund.

Should you wish to return / exchange your item to us, please ensure that you:

  • Email us via sales@lanewaytreasures.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order, explaining the reason for the return and if you would like to exchange or receive a refund.
  • The item is returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • The goods are unworn, in the same condition as received & in original packaging.
  • We are unable to offer a refund or an exchange without valid proof of purchase or an order number.
  • You are responsible for return postage, and we recommend that items are returned via a tracked service.
  • Damaged or lost items cannot be refunded or replaced. Please retain your proof of postage for your records, until I confirm by email that I have received your goods.


*Please note we cannot offer refunds for earrings due to hygiene or for custom pieces, unless there is a fault.

You will be notified via email once your return / exchange has been received & processed. All successfully returned items will be exchanged or refunded via the original payment method. 

Faulty items

If you happen to receive a faulty item, please email sales@lanewaytreasures.co.uk with photos of the item along with your order number or valid proof of purchase so we can advise you further. 

Please do not attempt to repair an item, as we may not be able to help further. 

If we are unable to repair an item and issue a refund, postage will also be reimbursed.
