Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices that appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, you will be informed as soon as possible and given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
Colour, shade & size
We aim to ensure that photography is an accurate representation of colour. However, once in receipt of goods you can return an item if not satisfied with the variations from the website to the actual article. All sizes are clearly detailed in the product information section.

Jewellery safety disclaimer
Our jewellery contains small components which could put you and others at risk of choking. Although every effort is made to ensure that beads are securely strung, this jewellery is not recommended for children under the age of 5 years. Children’s jewellery should be worn under supervision and all products should be stored out of reach of young children. We do not take responsibility for the use and safety of jewellery after purchase. This does not affect your rights in terms of replacement of faulty goods.
