Bracelet sizes

Before you buy a bracelet, it is essential that you know what size to buy.as you don’t want to be disappointed when it arrives to find that it is either too large or too small.

The average size for a woman’s bracelet is between 7 to 7.5 inches (17.78 to 19.05 cm) A bracelet should sit between the wrist bone and the base of the hand so here are some guidelines on average bracelet sizes (size refers to the inside circumference):

  • Use a flexible tape, something like a sewing measuring tape. If you don’t have something like this, you can use a piece of string and measure it against a ruler afterwards.

  • Measure the broadest part of your wrist, between the wrist bone and the base of the hand.

  • This will give you the measurement for your wrist size. This is NOT your bracelet size.

  • Use the calculations in the chart below to find your bracelet size:

 For example, if your wrist measures 19.05 cm (7.5 inch) and your bracelet to be snug fitting, you need to add 0.64-1.27 cm (0.25 – 0.5 inch). =19.69 – 20.32 cm (7.75 – 8.0 inch) so we would recommend that you ordered a 20cm (8in) bracelet.
